This is gonna be "Uncomfortable"

I think this says a lot to everyone. Let me give you some examples

I am overweight...Your fault

I eat like crap...Your fault

I hate my job...Your fault

I do not make enough money...Your fault

You get the point right...You fill in the blanks...it is uncomfortable WE all need to take ownership for the situation we are in. We live in a society where it is easy to blame others for the situation we are in....be it physically, mentally, emotionally. That is bull crap...you know it and I know it.

2010 is right around the corner...do not wait to start a New Year's Resolution on January 1st...start now and before you know it your list will look like this!!

I am in the best shape of my life...Your fault

I am eating healthy...Your fault

I love my job...Your fault

I make enough money...Your fault
